Ordered and paid ~ $200 for "top soil" to be used in flower planters. After planting/watering for several weeks, only a couple weeds sprouted. Showed them pictures of ugly barren planter and they admitted they sent the wrong soil! Their compensation was $30 off if we ordered rock...NOT OK!

The people at Donleyshave always been friendly and helpful. It helps if you can describe your project well amd have measurements so they can tailor the materials to your needs. Marvin and Lynette always have a smile for me.

Just got my order in,right on time, just like they said it would be. The driver was very attentive and put the load down right on spot. I will definitely keep my business there if I ever need something else I called there competitors and the price for the exact same thing would've cost me 200$ more so kuddos Donley"s for making this experience a great one

Was very motivated to go to Donlys for my yard needs this morning. Well after I asked for some assistance to spread the load out, one of the guys said we don't do that grab a shovel, if you looked 40 years older maybe we would help. Cool I was gonna do that but I'm a disabled vet, I've had 2 hip surgeries, I have screws in my feet, and I've had 2 hand surgeries from my duties in Afghanistan and the Military. Until he made that rude comment. I'm a black disabled veteran and he chose to overlook that.

Had delivery scheduled between 9-10am. Called at 9:45 asking where they are and was told they got held up by another job. Was told they didn’t know when they would be able to deliver. Had to cancel a machine rental and tell my worker to cancel today last minute because Donley didn’t notify me that they wouldn’t deliver. I had to call them to get an update. Reading the reviews Donley will respond with a reason for their actions. I look forward to reading their reply to my review.
